Envying the old We envy the young for their youthEnvying the old by ~dyslexic-insanity
But,
Why?
The elderly have had time on their side.
While both fragile;
The elder has experienced more.
The old and young both have the possibility of dying;
today, tomorrow or the day after.
Neither more immortal than the other
But the elder has experienced more:
More birthdays, more lovers, more holidays
The endowment of experiencing the notions of;
Love, lust, pain and lost
Nothing is as futile, beautiful and more tedious than life.
I saw a young girl today cancer ridden.
Barely 5 years of age.
Here I am 21 and healthy.
I have experienced things, she may not;
Just because time is NOT limi


Bullying We are never the villains in our own story.Bullying by ~dyslexic-insanity
For every kid bullied we say we can relate
And we're there mate
Every step of the way
That we were bullied as a child or as an adolescent
No one has ever says "Sorry I was a bully"
Unless they were forced by mounting evidence against them
Documenting their gory
Moment of glory
When we look back,
We only see ourselves, our own story
And no-one likes to think that they are the "antagonist".
Since we are the protagonist in our own story,
What I don't understand is the mixed, condescending and contradicting
Remedies of action that we are told to take
In the end we don'
